FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How soon should I book my session?

As soon as possible. We tend to book up at least 2-3 weeks in advance and much sooner during the late summer/early fall season and on weekends, so call or email right away to ensure you get your desired date!

Where are our portraits taken?

We are a fully on location studio. From May-November as weather permits because it creates a beautiful background that is unique to your family. We come to your home for newborns, maternity sessions and during winter months when our Pacific NW weather won't allow us to go outdoors for long.

How can I prepare for my session?

Once you book your session date we will also schedule a pre-session consult and viewing session. At the pre-session consult we will go over all of the important details that you will need to know to prepare for your upcoming session! At the viewing/ordering session you will get to see all of your beautiful portraits.

What should I do if my child is sick?

Please reschedule. Sick grumpy kids and photo sessions just don't mix! We reserve plenty of time for rescheduling due to illness if need be. We also have 5 children of our own, so we understand what it is like to have a sick little one.

What can I expect at my session?

Expect to have a relaxed FUN time! Aimee approaches each session differently in order to capture genuine expressions from your children. She interacts with your children and gets to know them so they feel at ease and comfortable throughout the session. Don't be surprised if Aimee asks you to step away while she photographs your little one....it is often during those times when she is able to get the best interaction with your child!

When will I see my images?

About 14 days after your session we will come to you for your viewing session. During this time you will see your beautiful one of a kind portraits, while also receiving exceptional service and few added surprises!
